BRONZE BODY – TECHNOPOLYMER ACTUATOR PCBPF11
The pneumatically operated shut-off valve of the PCBPF11 series consists of a free flow valve body made with bronze EN1982, an intermediate and a pneumatic actuator. Completely similar to the PCIPFM series; the only difference is the material of the valve body. They are used for all those applications in which the use of an AISI 316 body is considered excessive
the actuator is made of fiber glass reinforced nylon, resistant and robust. The air inlet connection is NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845 type, for direct connection of the pilot solenoid valve. The actuating spring inside is pre-compressed; this makes the servocontrol removable and inspectable in safety. The gland pack is made by V-rings in PTFE/graphite and Viton, for optimal sealing at both high and low temperatures.
